I am a Master Chef with a PhD in Food Science. Born in Tuscany and raised in the States. I have lived and worked all over the world. Currently I have a consulting company to the Food Service and Manufacturing Intustry.

Favorite Foods:

Eggplant, Squash of all kind, Veal, Pork, Beef, Poultry, Pasta, Polenta, Risotto, Asian and Pan-Asian Flavors. Anything chocolate and if it is dark chocolate so much the better.
