I am a midwestern born and raised girl now living in the southwest and loving it! I am a teacher and have been married for 11 years to a wonderful guy ( also a teacher). We have 3 boys and a girl. I am always trying to find new delicious but easy dinners for my family. Luckily, no one is picky so I can try so many wonderful recipes! My family loves my broccoli salad and beef enchiladas. I am famous for my chocolate cake with fluffy white frosting. Cooking and baking new things is a hobby for me and this website makes it easy to find things to try!
