Although I have never taken any formal cooking classes; I am a pretty good cook/chef!
I love to cook anything; the more intricate, the better.
I will oft-times order something while dining out that I think is fabulous, then I will replicate the dish at home, by taste and sight.
I very rarely measure anything formally; usually I measure by sight.
I like putting a new spin on old, traditional recipes.
I am one of those people that just throw's everything but "the kitchen sink" into a dish.
My family, who are my "test subjects" haven't keeled over yet, so I guess I'm doing something right.
Anything Italian! I could eat a variety of different pastas/sauces every night!
