I am a working mom who enjoys trying new recipes, especially ones that don't have a lot of prep time as I'm always on the go. My favorite time in the kitchen is around the holidays, when I prepare lots of different foods for my family and friends.

Favorite Foods:

I enjoy a great variety of food - especially comfort food, such as, stuffed cabbage, meatloaf, stroganoff, etc. Since we also eat a lot of chicken - I'm always looking for new and different recipes.
