I live in Dumfries & Galloway on the West Coast of Scotland although I'm originally from The Borders. I gave up work as an IT Analyst September 2008. I'm not sure how I managed to work and bring up 2 sons as I'm even busier. I have a lot of favourite cookbooks but the one I'm enjoying at the moment is Nigella Lawson Feast. Pet peeves have got to be inconsideration, insincerity and bad-manners
