I have a true passion for food, I love fresh ingredients, and love to make as much as possible from scratch
Fresh unprocessed food always tastes better (when prepared correctly). I currently work at a bakery, but aspire to have my own little cafe.
I enjoy foods from all around the world, I love to explore new flavours. I find the best places to eat are places that people from that country are also eating at, its a true sigh of authenticity. The only foods I have problems eating are seafoods. Which is very odd considering I grew up on the coast!?!
