I live in Manchester UK. I live with my soul mate Lee (whom i have been in a relationship with with for 22 years) and our 3 children (or adults as they all are now).

I have always been passionate about cooking and spent many years standing in the family kitchen watching my father create new dishes. Unfortunately my father passed away in 2001 and took many of his recipes with him. Although i learnt a lot from him, i would have loved to have something written down to recreate his masterpieces

Recipezaar has given me the oportunity to ensure that my children, family and friends will always have access to my favourite recipes.

Favorite Foods:

I absolutely love chinese, great british traditional , Indian and mexican. I will try anything once.
