about me

I love recipes and trying new food. My family owns and operates a little gourmet kitchen store in downtown Spokane, WA and we offer cooking classes. I am always on the lookout for new ideas, learning new methods and ways to cook or bake. I especially am interested in learning more about bread baking.

I also like to snow ski, travel and go camping in our RV. I like to read and am a Christian and enjoy Bible study and Biblical novels.
I have a great husband, a married son with two grandsons and a daughter who will be married this summer. I also love my two cats!
My dream is to retire and travel the world.

Favorite Foods:

Italian, especially ravioli and good vegetarian food. I love ice cream!
I also enjoy asian stir fry and noodles.
I'm famous for my lasagna.
My new favorite restaurant is a little place in Post Falls, ID called Fleur de Sel.
