Working Mother with one child still at home. Cooking is one of the things I love to do! Especially when I'm not rushed. I will try all sorts of different dishes and cuisines. My favorite time is cooking on the weekends for gatherings of friends and family.

vegetable dishes...especially with spinach or eggplant. Whole grains of all kinds.
