Hi! I live in Illinois. I am a secretary for an advertising agency. I love to try new recipes especially other's favorites. This site is wonderful for that! I also love to make handmade soap, it's actually a lot like cooking too! No wonder I like it!

Favorite Foods:

I like to try different ethnic foods, and enjoy smoking and grilling in the summer. In the winter months I love casseroles and soups that are unique. There is a restaurant in town called the Valley, which is half tavern, half restaurant, and their food is excellent. My favorite dish there is the deep fried lobster!
