I'm an ovo-lacto-pescatarian---no meat, chicken, or pork but I will enjoy a bit of fish occasionally, and certainly eggs and dairy.
I write for our two state magazines---homes, interiors, and food articles, mainly. Recipe testing is my favorite part of the job!
I love to cook and entertain. I'm a member of a small Italian cooking club, and we enjoy getting together and trying classic recipes from Italy. We love to travel together, too!
I love Italy and France, and have many recipes scribbled on napkins from my trips there.
