I am a married mother of two. I work full time, but still love to cook so I'm always looking for things that are convenient, quick, inexpensive, but still delicious. I actively seek out organic ingredients whenever possible and love to try new things.

Favorite Foods:

I LOVE asian food. Moving from the Pacific Northwest to the midwest I lost a lot of local food variety. I went from asian fusion, wonderful seafood and a very health conscious food environment to a very "meat and potatoes" mindset here in Illinois. So I am always trying to keep my food interesting, fresh, and healthy.
