Favorite Foods:

I love most foods; Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Mexican, Italian, Vietnamese,Hawaiian, and of course, Southern American. I plan on having most of these again.....no deep-fried foods or very sweet sweets!

My favorite restaurant is "The Cheesecake Factory" because of the variety and taste.

My most-loved (by others} dishes to prepare are spaghetti and red velvet cake. The cake is my Mom's recipe and it does not include chocolate.
It is delicious and moist!!
