I've been working in foodservice for over ten years now in many different guises. I like to think that I have a very unique perspective on food since I know it from so many different angles. Ask me anything. I don't bite, unless you look like food.
I love all kinds of food, but mostly those that are great because of their simplicity, not in spite of it, simple foods like spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and anchovies.
The best cookbook ever written is "What to Cook when you think there's nothing in the house to eat" by Arthur Schwartz
