I'm an ex-apprentice chef turned college student, who still loves to cook as much as possible, and still hopes to possibly open a little hole in the wall restaurant, or Bed and Breakfast some day.
I love all kinds of food, but mostly those that are great because of their simplicity, not in spite of it, simple foods like spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and anchovies.
The best cookbook ever written is "What to Cook when you think there's nothing in the house to eat" by Arthur Schwartz
