I am a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful girls - Shelby Anne and Reagan Hope. I enjoy reading, camping, college football, NASCAR and reality TV! My favorite cookbooks are my Paula Deen cookbooks, I am trying to convince my husband to take me to Savannah to eat at her restaurant.

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook casseroles (DH loves them!) and things that are kid friendly. I am most famous for my cakes, my sweet potato casserole, my squash casserole and my macaroni & cheese. I am a Southern cook, who likes the "comfort foods" but I am always looking for new, healthy recipes.
