I like simple food, not a lot of fuss in the making of it. Food needs to be basic , not full of artificial stuff. MSG is OUT! Sea Salt IN, Honey is IN! Splenda OUT. I like cooking with a sourdough starter. Everyone likes my Bean Soup.
