Hi, my name is Courtney. I am very passionate about food. I RARELY measure when I cook so please feel free to ask questions. I love healthy food that doesnt taste healthy. I also love to whip together a very sinful meal on one of my free days of diet. Cooking is not only a hobby of mine, but a career choice as well. I am slowly working my way to putting my recipes online. I am an Indiana girl who rarely cooks Midwestern food. I grew up in a family whose food mostly consisted of Mexican, Italian, and good ole American food.If you find a recipe and love it, TELL ME!!! I would love to get some feed back, besides my family's who are always willing to show more love than criticism. If you are ever in the Fort Wayne, IN area, I would be willing to give you some great restaurants suggestions, that are NOT chains!

-my mom's tacos (hers are the best)
-Asian chicken salad wrap
-anything with bacon or lots of cheese
-tamales covered in homemade refried beans and red enchilada sauce
-macaroni and cheese
-a perfectly made burger
-grilled marinated chicken with steamed broccoli and rice
-my mom's perfect always rice
-eggplant parmesan
