about me

I've been married 12 years and have a 2 year old daughter (who eats anything!) and a son due in August 2001. I work full-time as a legal secretary. I currently (hopefully temporarily) have gestational diabetes and am struggling with this! We have 2 dogs and 4 parrots. My hobbies (which I don't have much time for anymore!) are reading, quilting, knitting, cross-stitch and collecting and trying new recipes.

Favorite Foods:

Among my favorite recipes are the ones I've posted here. I like to cook anything fast, especially in the crock pot. I especially LOVE the Sirloin Marsala (or Filet Marsala) at Carrabba's Restaurant. Even before my gestational diabetes diagnosis, I was trying to cook and eat healthier.
