My husband and I live in Northern Indiana and love it here! I am doing project planning at work now. I have an Accounting Degree but I'm not that interested in Accounting..guess I'm burned out from helping with our business.

My favorite cookbook would probably be my pressure cooker cookbook...I love using it. It's super easy and so FAST for busy nights!

I've been participating with The Organizing Junkie's Menu Plan Monday. This has definitely helped me plan my meals and my weeks go so much easier. It's also made one trip to the grocery store/week a possibility...less fast food and we're eating so much healthier. I have so many favorites on Zaar! I think Paul's Green Chile Chicken #30008 is one of our favorites!

I enjoy cooking so much more with a dishwasher! I love trying new recipes and baking goodies to take into the office.
