My husband and I live in Northern Indiana and love it here! I just started nursing school this fall and I'm really enjoying it. It is so much work but will be worth it in the end. I am trying to keep my credit hours reasonable so I can still cook at home most evenings.

My favorite cookbook would probably be my pressure cooker cookbook...I love using it. It's super easy and so FAST for busy nights!

I've been participating with The Organizing Junkie's Menu Plan Monday. This has definitely helped me plan my meals and my weeks go so much easier. It's also made one trip to the grocery store/week a possibility...less fast food and we're eating so much healthier. I have so many favorites on Zaar! I think Paul's Green Chile Chicken #30008 is one of our favorites!

I enjoy cooking so much more with a dishwasher! I love trying new recipes and baking goodies to take into the office.
