I Collect Cookbooks: Rachel Ray, Southern Living, Crockpot Cooking, Gluten-Free, Grilling, and all the "Man with a Can and a Plan" cookbooks.

I love to laugh, travel, help others, experience new things; good bottle of wine, a good meal in or out, family, and playing on the computer. Cooking is a part of my families heritage. I come from a large family, but right now it is just me the dog and two cats. So I have to entertain or my fridge would always be full......

Favorite Foods:

Anything Mexican: onions, peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, chillis, avacados.....

A really good Steak
All kinds of beans
Seafood, but don't cook it at hom very often.
