about me

I'm a young single guy who likes cooking, but as much bachelor types, I only have so many spices and ingredients lying around. So that sorta limits my spontaneity with cooking. I'll try about anything, but really would like to amass my own cookbook of all my favorite recipes that are crowd-pleasers. Feel free to make suggestions.

Favorite Foods:

I like making German dishes, salads, grilling, and appetizers. But again, I'm up for about anything. I love comfort foods....love that cream cheese! Also love beef, goat cheese, wines, worcestershire sauce, rasberry, and chocolate. How about that for random favorite ingredients?!?! Feel free to say hi.
