I have lived in the suburbs of Washington,DC for 28 years. I have been working for the school system for the last 16 years. I am married and I have 2 children, a boy 21 and a girl 24. I love to cook and love to read through cooking magazines and cookbooks. On cold, snowy days I just love spending time in the kitchen making homey foods!

Favorite Foods:

I can't say that I have a favorite food. I am Greek, so I do love to prepare the ethnic foods that I grew up with. My mother was an awesome cook...never once used a recipe! I do not have a favorite restaurant, but I do enjoy good, fresh food prepared by a chef.
