I love to bake and cook delicious comfort foods! The pleasure of baking is watching a little flour, sugar, eggs, and oil turn into something beautiful and fragrant, hearty and warm. Smiles on people's faces just brings me warmth, knowing that people enjoy my food just as much as I enjoy baking it (and eating it, too).
Moist and tender BBQ ribs, cheezy pizza, whole-wheat pasta, roasted bell pepers, chili.
Carrot cake, dense and rich banana bread, chewy chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches, gooey & moist triple chocolate cake, any rich Dark chocolates, Godiva.
Garbanzo beans, olives (all kinds), steamed green beans, broccoli, artichokes, grilled chicken (white meat), roasted brussels sprouts, savoy cabbage, tomatoes, romaine lettuce.
