I'm a Lifer at Wal-Mart. Been with the company over twelve years now, currently working first shift in the meat/seafood dept. I'm a parent of two beautiful girls who aren't always willing to try my meals. I also have a very supportive wife who enjoys my cooking.

I get most of my recipes from "Quick Cooking" Magazine and the internet.

Pet Peeves? When someone comes up to me at work and asks: "Can I ask you a question?"

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to cook is usually stews, chillis and soups or anything done in the crock pot. I like having leftovers to take with me to work. I also recently have a fondness for fruit smoothies.
