about me

I'm a chef who likes to experiment in the kitchen. Any recipe that has peanut butter or lots of cheese are ok in my book! Chocolate is at the top of my list too.

I like RZ for the wide range of recipes one can find. My mom is striving to make more healthy dishes, using fresh local ingredients when at all possible. Though I would prefer to make desserts, I hope to glean from her a more healthy lifestyle that I can continue with.

My mom and sister are also zaar groupies...Chef Buggsy Mate, and Chef Buggsy. Thank goodness we have a BIG kitchen!

My favorite restaurant is Steak n' Shake...and it's not for the steaks since all they serve is burgers and milk shakes. :o)
