about me

I live on the West Coast with my husband and kids ages 20 and 22. In my spare time I cook, read and chat with friends from all over the world. My all time favorite cookbook is an old Pillsbury Cookbook that has the easiest recipes which are now family wide favorites. I collect cookbooks as a hobby and adore the old ones the best.

Favorite Foods:

I could live on cakes, breads, cookies and potatoes. My favorite recipe of all time is a pound cake with orange icing. I get lots of requests for my cooking but that one stands out. I am famous for my Parker House Rolls and my Pumpkin Bars. My favorite restaurant is a local coffee shop that makes the best cheesecake I have ever eaten.
