Well I should start off by telling you that i would have no idea what this website would be without my Nana AKA 'Julie B's Hive' telling me about it. I guess you could say I've inherited her joy for being in the kitchen and and also the excitement of other people enjoying what I can conjure up.
Cooking in the oven comes more naturally to me then on the stove top, although I'm trying to become better at it but it doesn't usually seem to work out. I love to try using new foods in things I make but usually find myself sticking to the everyday ordinary 'stuff' because I'm more accustomed to it.
My father is a wonderful cook and an even better BBQer. we usually have what we call a winter BBQ when he gets to go freeze so we can have something to tie us over until summer when we gather at my Nana's to have our family get together's.. even though most of the neighborhood kids end up there as well :P my sister is also amazing when it comes to food. when i need help with anything if Justus cant fix it I ask Nana, and if Nana can't, it's hopeless lol
