about me

I am Mexican and though I am the youngest in my family, I am considered one of the best cooks. I have 3 daughters, 14 year old twins and an almost 12 year old. My poor wonderful husband, a wife and 3 crazy stepdaughters! We do have 2 male dogs/fur babies (a purebred siberian husky and a german shepard) to balance things out! My worst habit is that I never measure anything in my own family recipes. I will try to start doing that so I can share recipes with everyone. Recipezaar has given me the chance to learn a lot from some very talented chefs, thanks everybody!

Favorite Foods:

I love Mexican food of course but after that Greek, Indian & Chinese would be my favorites. I am not too fond of Italian at all. I prefer food with lots of spice and flavor that uses different veggies.
