about me

I love to cook- but not for the fun of it. I cook with a purpose! And that is to cook great tasting food for anyone who comes to my table. I must admit that I cook for compliments and a known reputation for being a good cook. I am not professionally trained- however, I would like to be in the future. I want to be able to know what goes good with what and how seasonings affect the tastes of certain foods.
I live in Canada now, but am a native of Florida. I love southern food, and european food. I am up for anything that tastes great! I am married to a french canadian and I have found a lot of great recipes from living here.

Favorite Foods:

Seafood- and I dislike all fish except smoked salmon.
Chinese
Japanese
Some italian
Dutch,Belgian,and German.

My favorite dish to cook is tourtierre.
