about me

I love to cook, but don't like to have to cook. In other words, cooking is my hobby, but sometimes, especially when I'm tired, I don't look forward to having to cook dinner.

My other interests are actually more passive. I like to read, follow politics, go to movies and get together with friends.

My husband and I also like to eat out and enjoy many types of food, including Indian, Chinese, Mexican, and, of course, American food from all over the country. We particularly like the food in New Orleans, which is one of our favorite travel destinations.

Favorite Foods:

I love mixtures - casseroles, Italian, stir-fries, soups, stews, etc.
