I am from "The Land Down Under"
Live in the state of Queensland where
the capital is Brisbane. Retired after
working 20 years in California.
I don't have any favorite cookbooks, I just love them all!!!My pert peeve is someone who is always bored! I am passionate about
cookbooks and new recipes....
If I had no responsibilities, I think I would be BORED.

My favorite dish here is Roast Lamb.
My favorite dish I love to make is Tiramisu.
