I am a recent new mom to a wonderful baby boy(2/8/08). I'm also a wife of three years(7/23/05). Last, but not least I'm a chef at a fine dining Italian restaurant. I love to cook all food and I really like to bake.

I can't say I have a favorite food, but I love to cook anything. I try out all kinds of things at work and some at home and play with the recipes until they're just the way I like them.
