Husband and father of a beautiful daughter.
I began cooking in my early twenties and have been doing it off and on since then. With our current economic state and my wife expecting our second child, cooking at home has become a lifestyle, rather than just a hobby.

Favorite Foods:

Beef, with most meats coming in a close second. Not much for anything that swims, I prefer my food to walk.

Anything by Kittencal is quickly becoming popular at my home.

I also love all the bad stuff... fries, Coke, cookies, pretzels, anthing fried, chocolate(no nuts/coconut please) and chips. After a lifetime of eating crap, I know that I can do better for myself, my family and friends.
