about me

I was recently diagnosed with multiple food allergies to--wheat, corn, oats, rice, barley, rye, and yeast. My food preferences have undergone drastic changes, but I have discovered some great meal ideas.

I just bought a new cookbook filled with wonderful Asian dishes--I am not of Asian dissent--and the few that I have tried so far are wonderful!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are seafood--particularly LOBSTER!!, scallops, and salmon.

I love tofu. I marinate it in wheat and rice free Tamari (Low sodium) and real maple syrup (dark amber is nice and thick).

Sweetened cream cheese with fresh berries--strawberries and blueberries especially--is a favorite snack of mine.
