Cooking is LIFE!!!! Food IS for enjoyment!
It is so rewarding to provide good, delicious, and nutritious foods to the people you love. My delight is cooking large meals for my church and family.

Currently I am in the process of starting my own catering business.
My kitchen is my laboratory and right now I am fusing various ethnic seasoning with soul food! The best dish I've come up with is a casserole spin off shepherd's pie effectionatly named after my husband Carlos ..."Los Pie" It's a sweet and savory take on the dish. Just like my hubby!

In all honesty I enjoy pizza above all (sad but true).

My favorite foods are foods that taste good. My advise: "Don't eat it if it doesn't taste good" The most pleasurable dinning experience: having food prepared by a friend that expresses their culture and /or past. With a lovely wine!
