about me

I am a newspaper reporter and also work part-time at a gym. I am very interested in healthy living and put an emphasis on healthy cooking techniques, as well as try to balance good cooking with working 50 hour weeks. I also enjoy traveling, and have lived (and eaten well) in Spain and Mexico. Mexican food is my favorite ethnic food, if authentic.

Favorite Foods:

Despite being a health nut, I LOVE sweets and have been known to prepare desserts since I was young. Pecan pie is my favorite dessert by far.
