I live in Kingwood Texas and work as an Air Traffic Controller at Houston Center. I enjoy playing golf and and making up new recipes. I am originally from New Orleans and like to cook with a lot of spices (hot).

Favorite Foods:

My favorite resturants are just about any seafood establishment in New Orleans especially the hole in the wall type. I enjoy cooking or boiling crawfish. My favorite dish that I prepare is the crawfish alfredo. I like experimenting with different pasta sauces and really like the sweet patato caserole dish I prepare.
