about me

I have been married eight years and have two very spoiled dogs. One is a nine year old Yorkshire Terrier named Chuckie and a Chihuahua named Buster that runs the house..or so he thinks.

I have only just discovered that I love to cook and bake, and have become addicted to this website with all the amazing recipes.

I love to collect cookbooks and currently own around a hundred or so, but this website makes it really difficult to actually use them!

In my free time I currently like to crochet, read a good book; I LOVE going to used stores and garage sales to see what treasures I can find. I also like camping/hiking trips.

......In the next few days I will be posting some recipes from my many clutter of cookbooks that I have not tried yet. I figure this is the only way I will actually try some of my recipes , by posting them and being able to print them out, since I seem to only want to try recipes from this site! ...This sounds so crazy..but true!!

Right now I make alot of Italian foods, and am always on the lookout for that over-the-top delicious cake recipe.
