I am an RN at Baptist Memorial Hospital and work on a surgical/pediatrics floor and love it. I enjoy cooking for family and friends, especially my boyfriend of almost 4 years. He tends to love it also. I am absolutely in love with food network and in particular Rachael Ray and Paula Deen.

Favorite Foods:

My most favorite of all time is Chicken cooked anyway. I also love steak, pasta, fried mushrooms, Ham, chocolate, and strawberries just to name a few!
