about me

first and foremost i love to cook. i find it exciting to try out a new recipe especially when it turns out great. i live in a slowly getting bigger city in Texas but originally i am from the same sized city in New York. i have two chihuahuas who know they are my world, Bella and Sophie. my girlfriend Amber and I have been together for going on two years and i couldnt be happier other than that i spend my free time playing video games, reading, or playing chess.

italian, italian, italian.... i havent had an italian dish i didnt love. i like some plain jane hamburgers and potatoe salad too...
