I am a wife, a mother and a pretty darn good friend, (If you ask me) lol.
My children are my life, my husband really is a great guy. I am a hermit lol. I enjoy being in my home more or less. Typical Cancer right? I have just begun to really indulge in the whole cooking thing. I am starting to enjoy making and testing new recipes. Mabe this comes with age, well it did for me anyway!
I am definately a beginner, no chef extroidinaire...spell that wrong? Oh well.

I enjoy alot of different tastes, maybe it depends on my mood?
Authentic Mexican definately scores high with me, I like a good garlic induced Italian meal, I also enjoy cheesy melty things!
I also enjoy chocoloate ALOT.
I like good old fashioned southern cooking as well. Nothing like a good piece of fried chicken and homemade garlic mashed potatoes and well seasoned green beans eh?

Really I like all sorts of food, the only thing I have tried and truely can't eat is sourkrout..lol Don't know why.
