Cooking is and has always been both a hobby and a passion of mine.
Preparing delicious highly flavorful food for others to enjoy makes me happy.
Not sure how much I can trust someone who doesn't like onions and garlic

Favorite Foods:

It's easier to state that I don't like most fish, clams, oysters or mussels. Parsnips taste like BO smells.
Otherwise I pretty much like it all and I'll put chocolate on everything except an avocado.
