I'm 32, a single mom to a precious son and daughter, and an avid (possibly obsessed) foodie and cook! I enjoy cooking anything - ethnic, home style comfort foods, vegetarian, you name it, I cook it. I also pride myself on being able to taste a recipe elsewhere and have the ability to come home and re-create it fairly accurately!

Favorite Foods:

Barbecoa, menudo, pozole, corned beef brisket, bloody rare steaks, fried dill pickles, any type of pasta, Caesar salad... I could go on and on and on and **trails off* =)
