about me

I have two little boys, 3 and 1, and work in social care with adults with learning disabilities. I am an enthusiastic amateur chef and I'm loving reading everybody's reviews here on recipezaar. I come from an English/Scottish/Czech background but my family have always been interested in cooking indian/pakistani food and I am on the look out for the perfect chicken karahi!

ooh, where to start? erm, italian, indian, pakistani, nepali, chinese, thai, scottish, british, irish, french, OK, whatever! as long as it's thoughtful with good ingredients. oh, and wine.
