I am a Home Engineer or crazy, whichever way you want to look at it! No it is a good thing but, Motherhood... it's not for sissies!

My favorite cookbook is "Just a Matter of Thyme", it is excellent. I haven't tried a recipe in there I don't like! Otherwise I would have to say the 'Zaar! I love this website... I have found so many wonderful recipes here and so many things I want to try

Favorite Foods:

Italian... OMG anything Italian! I love Alfredo! So I would have to say that my favorite restaurant is "Olive Garden" or "grapes" as it is called in our house!

I love to try new recipes... especially easy ones that taste like you put a lot of effort into them!

For some reason everyone loves my enchiladas! It is the most requested dish of mine Who knows? I don't! I have even given out the way I make them and people claim they can't get them to turn out... I don't get it! Must be the chef!?!
