about me

Hi My name is Dee, I live in Ireland and love cooking, I trained to be a chef for a while but due to personal circumstances I unfortunately had to quit.

I love all sorts of cooking, baking, dinner parties, desserts etc. I especially love creating dishes myself or tweaking some of my favourites.

I love comfort foods, like stew, casseroles etc. I also love entertaining and I am always looking for something new to try.

Favorite Foods:

Ham, roast beef, roast potatoes, pasta, pizza, most vegetables.
