Love to cook and try new recipes. I'm deathly allergic to corn so I"m always trying to find new ways to adapt old recipes when possible. My fave cookbook to use is the one that was my grandmothers, lots of good old recipes that stand up to time.
Love to cook for others, and absolutely hate people in my kitchen messing with my cooking or my kitchen...lol

Favorite Foods:

Seafood, chocolate, fruit, veggies,lamb, I'll try MOST new foods. Love the food from my own culture and am seeking to learn all the old recipes to pass on to my daughter.
