I am a vegetarian--always have been, so have quite a few tips on veggie cooking,--but I can always learn new ones.

Love cheesecake and have NEVER found a decent recipe for that, one that doesn't take lashings of cream or that falls apart when you take it out of the fridge.

I bake a decent roast at Christmas with chestnuts which also serves as a complement for those who are eating turkey etc.

I came across this site when trying to find a recipe for cranberry sauce....which I have found thank you
