Cooking is my passion. I Love trying new recipes! My kids are also learning the fine art of cooking!

I think out of the box.. If a recipe says 40 cloves of garlic? Hmm. I only have 25.. IT will work! I find it hard following a recipe. I never measure. One reason why I won't post many recipes. LOL

Cooking should be fun & relaxing. Not a job.

It's the time and love you put into it! Even if you work and gotta crock-pot dinner!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is mexican! The hotter, the better! But it must have flavor.

I also love making homemade breads & fresh pasta.
