My favourite thing to do is sharing tasty recipes with everybody. Baking breads and tortes is my fun thing to do. My passion is to go antique shopping with my friend. I love a good bargain. Most of all I love cookbooks. I am surrounded by them here in my computer room. My favourite cookbook is Traditional Ukrainian Cookery by S. Stechishin. Most of the recipes in this book I have made and they always turn out great. I love gardening and growing wonderful tasty tomatoes and beautiful flowers. Can't wait until Spring!

Favorite Foods:

I am famous for making my Ukrainian meat on a stick and Ukrainian Pyrizhky with Meat Filling (stuffed buns) and Ukrainian Kovbasa.
